1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Naity9 LLC ("Naity9", "we"), operator of Karvono, collects, uses and protects information when you use the Service (website and application).

By using the Service you accept the practices described in this Policy.

2. Controller and processor

With respect to your account data, Naity9 is the data controller.

With respect to the data you upload about your own customers and vehicles, you are the controller and Naity9 acts as the processor, processing it on your behalf and per your instructions to provide the Service. You are the one who must have the legal basis and the consent of your customers.

3. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, shop data and the users you invite.

Content you upload: customers, vehicles, work orders, inspections, photos, quotes and notes.

Payment data: handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Technical usage data: device, browser, IP addresses and activity logs, for security and to improve the Service.

4. How we use the data

To provide, maintain and improve the Service; offer support; process payments; send notifications and important notices; and comply with legal and security obligations.

We do not sell your data or your customers data.

5. Who we share with

We share information only with providers that help us operate, under confidentiality agreements and only as necessary: payment processing (Stripe), cloud infrastructure and storage, and messaging (email and WhatsApp through an unofficial third-party provider).

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety or to prevent fraud.

6. WhatsApp notifications

If you enable WhatsApp notifications, the messages and the data needed to deliver them are transmitted through an unofficial third-party provider/API, not affiliated with Meta, which processes them to deliver the messages.

You are responsible for obtaining your customers consent to contact them via WhatsApp. See also the WhatsApp section in our Terms.

7. Retention

We keep data while your account is active and according to the periods associated with your plan. After termination, we may delete or anonymize it, unless we must retain it for legal obligations.

You can request deletion of your data by writing to us.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no system is completely infallible and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

We operate from the United States and your data may be processed and stored in the US or other countries where our providers operate. By using the Service you consent to such transfers.

10. Your rights

You may request to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, as well as object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise them, write to us at contact@karvono.com; we may verify your identity before responding.

11. Cookies and local storage

We use local storage and strictly necessary cookies for operation, such as remembering your language and keeping your session. We do not use these technologies for third-party advertising.

12. Minors

The Service is intended for businesses and not for minors under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. We will post the current version with its date and, when changes are material, we will notify you.
